FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

We are recruiting for a full-time Front Office Receptionist to greet patients, schedule appointments, answer phones and collect payments.

Ideal Candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

*Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
*Demonstrate a courteous and professional manner; enjoy working as a team
*Must have professional phone etiquette, customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
*Previous experience with scheduling appointments using electronic medical records programs, multi-line phone systems, and general office equipment required
*Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Word; NextGen experience is a big plus
*Two years of patient service experience in a health care organization and/or equivalent office experience is required
*Spanish speaking skills are highly preferred

Our full-service, state-of-the art, 7,500 square foot facility provides Adult, Pediatric and Cosmetic Dermatology, Laser and Skin Surgery (including Mohs). We are an ambulatory-care certified facility accredited through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), making us the only full-service dermatology practice in Southern Arizona to earn this distinction.
